To rent a car with Idrive, the requirements are as follows:

You must be over 25 years old. (at an extra cost we include insurance for Young Drivers over 18 years old)

The owner of the lease and the authorized additional driver must present their valid driver's license from the country of residence. We reserve the right to verify and accept driver's licenses in accordance with the rules established by Idrive and deny the lease, in case of non-compliance with any of them.

A valid official identification, with photograph, IFE (for Mexicans) or a valid passport, with photograph, from the country of origin.
Credit card in the name of the owner of the reservation and with an available limit for the guarantee deposit. Debit cards issued by Mexican banks are also valid for the guarantee deposit.
Important: Third-party credit cards or those not issued by banking institutions will not be accepted.

Can I rent a specific vehicle model?

Unfortunately, we do not guarantee vehicle reservations by specific make, model, color or configuration. We work with vehicle categories and these categories are made up of several models, with a very similar configuration. 
The holder of the reservation may choose one of the cars available at the rental company on the day of signing the contract, as long as they belong to the reserved category.

The daily rate is based on the collection and return times determined in the rental contract. What is not included?

The total quote does not include the payment of fines, towing services, gasoline or leaving the rented vehicle in another city or any other situation attributable to the client.
